Cytara is the virtual carrier for Fashionoffice Fashionoffice server location The technics of Fashionoffice (fashionoffice.org, fashion.at, confashion.com, beautyme.com, styleradar.com, beautyradar.com, FashionAvigator.com, cytara.com) is outsourced to a hosting provider in US, Massachusetts.
Cytara's look is inspired by the Isotypes of the Austrian philosopher Otto Neurath and a music video where the American futurist Buckminster Fuller is speaking. It's about learning machines and our role of designing them: Fashionoffice Insight.

22 April 2010: We have tried to solve the problem that Yahoo-addresses don't receive the Trendletter regularly. The answer from the Fashionoffice hosting provider: "Unfortunately due to the nature of shared hosting there are instances where the mail system is abused. This can occasionally cause IP's to be black-listed or in this case Yahoo to temporarily defer messages."
17 April 2010: HOTMAIL addresses receive the Trendletter again; the problems with YAHOO addresses are holding on.
Since 20th March 2010, users with HOTMAIL addresses don't receive the Trendletter regularly.

In Dec 2009, Fashionoffice had to except users with AON.at, Telekom.at and A1.net email accounts due to irregularities in the delivery of the Trendletter to these addresses during the weeks before. The server of AON.at etc. denied any information from cytara.com. The Trendletter readers (AON.at etc.) had been updated per email to subscribe with another address.
