It emerged from the idea of a virtual fashion model of that era: non-interactive, conceptual, and shaped more by early cyber aesthetics and speculative thought than by technology itself. While the concept belonged to fashion's digital imagination of the time, the figure remained an idea rather than a visible presence on the domain.A Domain in Constant TransformationOver the years, Cytara moved steadily away from its original fashion-related roots. No other domain associated with Fashion.at has undergone as many conceptual shifts as Cytara. It became a space for written content—first for episodic texts comparable to feuilletons, then increasingly for fictional and speculative storytelling. For long periods, the domain existed independently, detached from the Fashion.at platform, developing its own narrative rhythm and tone, shaped by time, experimentation, and changing cultural contexts.Fiction Takes the LeadSince December 2025, Cytara has officially become the fiction stories channel of Fashion.at. The domain is now in a relaunch phase: selected existing stories will be republished, while new narratives are being released for the first time. All stories unfold in parts, embracing serial storytelling—beginning with a first chapter set in space. Cytara's Fiction Stories channel is dedicated entirely to entertainment through narrative imagination: a place for speculative worlds, evolving storylines, and fiction that reveals itself step by step. |
